What C-Verified WordPress Delivery Means
A practical definition of a WordPress handoff tied to a stated stack, tested flows, rebuild evidence, and explicit limitations.
C-verified delivery means that the agreed customer flows were tested in a stated WordPress environment and packaged for handoff. It does not mean that every possible plugin, host, device, future update, or production incident is guaranteed.
The letter C is an internal delivery gate in the WPbyAI workflow. A is design exploration and approval. B is the editable WordPress build and versioned preview. C is where the agreed result is exercised against a locked combination of WordPress, PHP, database, theme, editor, and plugins.
What the evidence should name
A useful verification record includes:
- WordPress, PHP, database, theme, editor, and plugin versions;
- the exact pages and customer flows that were tested;
- the date, environment, test account type, and data assumptions;
- browser and responsive checks that were actually run;
- expected and actual results;
- PASS, warning, blocked, or untested status for each critical flow;
- the source version or commit that produced the result;
- rebuild or restore instructions for the delivery package;
- known limitations and production work that remains.
A green homepage screenshot alone is not C verification. A successful deployment is also not enough. The form, navigation, checkout, language switcher, membership action, editor workflow, or other critical path must be exercised if it belongs to the accepted scope.
Search Foundation belongs in formal delivery
For a public site, the C gate should also inspect actual HTTP responses for canonical URLs, robots directives, sitemap availability, structured data, internal links, error routes, and indexability. These checks establish a sound search foundation. They cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, AI citations, or third-party crawl timing.
What C does not replace
C is not production launch. Domain changes, live customer data, production access, migration windows, backups, rollback, and managed hosting are outside the current public workflow. Customers can deploy the C-verified package themselves or through their existing host. Assisted launch and Managed Care remain deferred until their own safety and recovery gates pass.
C also cannot turn untested combinations into compatibility guarantees. A result for WordPress X, PHP Y, Theme Z, and Plugin A does not automatically apply after a major version change or on a different host.
What the customer should receive
The intended output is an editable, reconstructable package: source, dependency and environment notes, database or content export where applicable, tested version references, verification summary, known issues, and a clear production next step.
WordPress publishes its own guidance on requirements and backups. WPbyAI adds a project-specific evidence contract around the versions and flows that were actually delivered.
If you have a project that needs a stated verification boundary, describe the site and critical flow. The current private pilot reviews fit before accepting materials or payment.
