These terms cover wpbyai.com and the customer workspace at app.wpbyai.com, operated by the wpbyai.com team. Your order and any separately agreed project scope identify the service you purchase. Features marked planned, unavailable or not on sale are not included merely because they appear in product information.

The service

WPbyAI helps you describe, preview, approve, generate, revise and export a WordPress website. The workspace provides project history and checks within its supported workflow. AI suggestions and automated checks do not replace your review of business facts, legal text, rights, accessibility or suitability for your intended use.

Generated WordPress delivery does not by itself include a domain, production hosting, migration to your host, third-party paid licenses, managed operations or a service-level agreement. Those require an explicit separate scope. Checks reflect the tested project, versions and environment; they are not a guarantee of compatibility with every plugin or host, search rankings, traffic, revenue or uninterrupted operation.

Accounts and your materials

Keep access to your account secure and provide accurate information. You must have authority to provide uploaded material, access a referenced website and request changes. Do not use the service to infringe rights, impersonate others, evade access controls, distribute malicious material or interfere with other projects.

Use designated controlled intake for source or backup materials. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card details or private archives through the public contact form. Import assessment may identify missing or unusable materials; it does not guarantee recovery of the original application or unrestricted execution of uploaded code.

Plans, prices and billing

The pricing page distinguishes one-time software access, recurring software access and separately scoped services. All listed prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and any agreed additional charges must be shown before purchase.

  • Launch is one-time access for one website project within the stated build/edit window and scope. It is not a recurring monthly charge or an undertaking to provide unlimited human work.
  • Continue is a monthly software subscription for ongoing supported changes to one existing project. It does not buy a second website, a complete rebuild or unlimited human maintenance. There is no customer-facing fixed monthly task or token allowance for supported changes; jobs remain subject to project scope, one-at-a-time execution and operational safety limits.
  • Done For You, Site Intake and Search Launch are separate scoped offers. A displayed starting price is not acceptance of every requested project. Scope, deliverables, payment milestones and any third-party costs must be agreed before work is purchased.
  • Managed Care and assisted production deployment are not included in Launch or Continue and are not available unless expressly offered under a separate agreement.

Paid checkout is being prepared and may not yet be available to your account. When Paddle checkout is available, Paddle acts as the reseller/merchant of record for purchases it processes, and its checkout terms also apply. The checkout must identify whether a payment is one-time or recurring, its amount and billing interval. Subscriptions renew at the stated interval until cancelled; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise. We will not treat a new website or a change outside your plan as an automatically authorized additional purchase. A changed price does not retrospectively change a completed order; applicable advance notice and cancellation rights apply to subscription changes.

Approvals, delivery and ownership

Review previews and project facts before approving a stage. Revisions create project versions and may require affected checks to run again. Keep a downloaded copy of important delivery files and arrange suitable backups on any host you control.

You retain your rights in materials you lawfully provide. You allow us and necessary providers to process them to perform your requested service. WordPress, themes, plugins and other third-party assets retain their applicable licenses; no purchase transfers a license we cannot transfer. AI-generated material may not be unique. Our platform, brand and underlying service software remain ours or their respective licensors’.

Cancelling a software subscription does not transfer ownership of your website to WPbyAI or revoke rights in delivery files you have already received. You can request access to your paid deliverables through support if a workspace access problem occurs. Continued generation and editing require the relevant active access; production hosting and indefinite online storage are separate matters.

Problems, suspension and your rights

Report access, delivery or billing problems to support@wpbyai.com or our contact form. Include your account and order reference, not credentials. We may restrict unsafe or abusive use, protect account security, or stop a task that cannot be completed safely. A failed task is not a claim that delivery succeeded.

No general statement on this site excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Refunds, non-delivery and defects are handled under the applicable purchase terms, our refund policy and applicable law. Human project commitments, revision rounds and any warranty are set out in the agreed order rather than implied by every software plan.
