Website and Private Pilot Terms
Last updated: 13 August 2026
These terms apply to use of wpbyai.com and submission of a WPbyAI private-pilot request. They do not replace a later written project scope, order, data-processing term, or service agreement.
Current service status
The public site provides product information, educational resources, compatibility and methodology material, and a manually reviewed pilot-intake form. Features labelled Pilot, Testing, Planned, Not on sale, or similar are not promises of general availability.
Submitting a request:
- does not create an account or guaranteed service relationship;
- does not trigger automatic website generation, crawling, deployment, billing, or production changes;
- does not guarantee acceptance, response time, price, compatibility, recovery, migration, ranking, traffic, leads, or availability;
- does not authorize WPbyAI to access or modify any website.
If a project is accepted, its pages, materials, change limits, reviews, price, licenses, hosting, verification scope, delivery, warranty, and production responsibility must be confirmed separately.
Your authority and acceptable use
You may submit only information and URLs that you are legally permitted to provide and process. You must not use the site to:
- request copying, access, surveillance, or modification of a website without authorization;
- submit passwords, API keys, payment-card data, malicious code, unlawful content, private customer data, source archives, or database exports through the public form;
- bypass login, access control, paywalls, CAPTCHA, robots restrictions, licenses, or third-party rights;
- interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, automate abusive submissions, or misrepresent your identity or authority;
- claim that a pilot request or public compatibility page is an endorsement, certification, partnership, or guarantee beyond its stated scope.
We may reject, remove, block, or stop requests that are unsafe, unlawful, outside scope, materially incomplete, or unsupported by adequate authorization.
WordPress, plugins, themes, and third parties
WordPress, plugin, theme, host, model, and platform names belong to their respective owners. Directory listing, public documentation, preflight, or a limited test does not mean that the upstream owner developed, approved, sponsored, or guarantees WPbyAI.
Premium licenses, third-party accounts, hosting, domains, payment fees, and external services are not included unless a later written scope says so. Their availability, pricing, terms, and compatibility can change.
Content and compatibility information
Resources and compatibility pages are provided for general information and reflect the stated date, versions, environment, sample, and tested flow. Software changes quickly. A result for one combination does not guarantee every host, configuration, neighboring plugin, dataset, or future version.
You remain responsible for appropriate backups, licenses, security review, staging, business decisions, and professional advice. Do not apply a public test result blindly to production.
Intellectual property and submitted material
WPbyAI retains rights in its site, brand, original content, methods, and software except where third-party licenses apply. You retain rights in material that you lawfully submit. You grant us only the limited permission reasonably needed to review the public pilot request and, after separate acceptance, perform the agreed project scope.
Public submission does not transfer ownership of your website or grant permission to publish your customer data, source, backups, or private project. Any public case study or testimonial requires separate approval.
No warranty for the public pilot site
The public site and unaccepted pilot intake are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every browser, system, plugin, host, or use case.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation of liability for an accepted paid project belongs in its later written agreement and applicable law, not in a generic marketing-page promise.
Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue public pilot features, status labels, prices, eligibility, or these terms as evidence and the product evolve. Material changes will be reflected by a new update date. You may stop using the site at any time; we may block abusive or unsafe use.
