Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases from the wpbyai.com team, together with the relevant checkout terms, agreed project scope and applicable law. Paid checkout may not yet be available while our payment setup is completed. A price listing does not itself create a charge.

One-time purchases and subscriptions

Launch is a one-time purchase for one project, not an automatically renewing monthly plan. Continue is a separate monthly subscription when offered. The checkout shows the amount, tax treatment, billing interval and service before you confirm payment.

You can cancel a Continue subscription through the billing/customer-portal link made available with the purchase or contact support@wpbyai.com for help. Cancellation normally stops renewal after the current paid period; it is distinct from a refund request. There is no automatic promise of a prorated refund for unused time. Any rights required by applicable law remain available.

Requesting a refund or reporting a problem

If you encounter duplicate billing, an incorrect charge, an inaccessible paid service, a missing delivery or a result materially inconsistent with the agreed scope, contact support or use our contact form. Include your account email, order/transaction reference and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers, passwords or source archives.

We assess the purchase, delivery status, reported issue, applicable purchase terms and legal requirements. Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include restoring access, correcting the delivery, or a partial or full refund. We do not classify every purchase as non-refundable simply because it concerns digital software.

For transactions processed by Paddle, payment and refund processing follow the relevant Paddle buyer terms. You may also use the payment-support link in your Paddle receipt. Do not rely on a promised refund until it has been confirmed; the time for a confirmed refund to appear depends on the payment provider and bank.

Separately scoped services

Done For You, intake assessments and deeper search work require an agreed scope before purchase. Their milestones and cancellation arrangements must be stated in that order. A completed assessment may legitimately conclude that supplied materials cannot be fully recovered; that limitation must be explained before the assessment is purchased.

Cancelling a subscription does not take away your rights to delivery files already received. Please keep your own copies. This policy does not limit mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, defect or other consumer rights. For questions, use support@wpbyai.com.
